JC transfer Dane Acker threw a no-hitter against LSU in Houston today. It was necessary to have him shut down LSU completely, to get the win, because we only got two hits. But one was a homer by his catcher, Justin Mitchell, for the only run of the game.

OU did have a clunker yesterday afternoon against the weakest team we saw in the three-game classic (Missouri, in 10 innings). But OU did handle Arkansas and LSU impressively.

All that said, our fan base needs to get behind this baseball team when they're home. That includes games this weekend. It shouldn't conflict with the TCU road game in terms of being able to see one live and the other on the tube.

I saw that was the first time in history LSU had a no-hitter thrown against them

100% agree. Go to the DBU game Tuesday night at 6:30 - then the basketball game. Won’t be able to see the whole baseball game but much of it at least.
