Apparently she really likes Arkansas but she still has an official visit to take at Baylor. My worst nightmare would be if Kim signs both Cox and Wilson.

Wherever she goes, they are getting a game changer for sure! I'm Surprised Baylor is still on her list. Chou and Wilson are the top SG's in the class uncommitted and both have Baylor on their final.

I predict Wilson To KU or Arkansas and Chou to Baylor. I can see Wilson at Baylor as well so I guess we will have to see what happens.

She looks more like an elite defender, I still think Dungee will be the better player...

We need for Chelsea to be really good. Texas and Baylor are both signing players who will play in the WNBA one day and if we aren't signing players of that caliber, we will be falling further behind. She needs to be better than the player she will replace.

SoonerNorm you hit it on head. We talk about wanting this player and that player, but really our only hope is that our Coaching Staff recruits the type players that will play in the WNBA someday or we will always be on the outside looking in. I look at what the person did down south with Griner coming out with one national championship and playing for a couple more. My thought with Mulkey coming in we will see how successful our coaching staff will be with a supporting cast. I believe we have some key players on the team, but we are in need of more to get to the big dance. Just my opinion, but when Courtney Paris came in I believe our staff failed to provided the supporting cast to bring in a championship. Again just my opinion this will be our last shot with this staff to be on the championship road.

Whom do recall coming in with or shortly after Courtney? With Courtney was Ashly, top ten player, Amanda was brought in and she may have been top ten. Who were the scrubs who weren't up to snuff?

Ashley was not a great player (although she was very good her senior year.). Same with Amanda. A player doesn't have to be categorized a "scrub" just because they are not great. It isn't either or.

If you think OU had the talent to win a NC, do you blame Sherri for not winning a NC when Courtney was here?

Ashley and Courtney were McDonald's All-Americans. The following year, Amanda and Abi were McDonald's All-Americans, and they looked great in the game. At the time, we had Leah and Chelsi. Chelsi had been pretty good as a freshman. We didn't really have a point, and our guards all ended up with knee injuries. Chelsi and Kendra were highly-recruited. Not every highly-rated recruit is a Courtney. We've had other All-Americans like Nicole Griffin (Parade), Aaryn (McDonald's), and Nicole Kornet (AFCA). We've had other highly-rated recruits, like Jeffcoat. Not everyone stars.

If you look at other teams, it's about the same. A lot don't work out like you think.

Our best team---did it have any All-Americans?

Courtney was not effective against tall athletic opponents. She took up a lot of space and had great hands but some players beat her with quickness.

So why didn't they make all American several years in a row like Courtney did?

Sometimes I just shake my head at things that get posted on here.

Sherri tried to put shooters around Courtney, but we didn't have the type of guards to keep up with teams like Ole Miss or A&M...

Mulkey should be a good one, she's won at every high school level, State, AAU, and USA... It's a little odd that she's not the number 1 player in her class at 6'9 and with all the success she's had...

She doesn't have great stats. I'm pretty sure that hurt her in the ranking.

Dungee didn't have a good showing over the past two summers. This is the reason she has dropped so much and Mulkey is more of a project. It would have been good to get a player like Wilson, this kid just plays the game the right way and isn't scared to take the big shot

Anyone who has seen Wilson play has to love how hard she plays on both ends of the court.

Why has Wilson never seemed to have an interest in Oklahoma or them in her.

+1. Some people are out of their minds. Did we forget the ridiculous double-double streak Courtney had? The point is that if CP wasn't as effective in some games (Brittney Griner wasn't as effective in every game - it happens), then we should have had players step up to fill the void. I would be happy to get back to the level that was Courtney's time here. We were much more successful during that time period.

I'm a bit puzzled by Baylor's recruiting success. Mulkey must be a killer recruiter and their success would help. Part of it is that Mulkey recognizes talent and is a good coach(not great), but she sure gets the players.

I think Aaliyah Wilson will pick the school that has her style of play. With that statement look the schools she picks with be uptempo ,pressuring defense type of team. Chou will go out west because style of play and academics of the two colleges(1.CAL 2.UCLA).I'm expecting her to go CAL Berkeley just my opinion. Mulkey make everybody feel comfortable with her. She is a good used car saleman.
