But it's a story he knows everyone will read. Who really cares about an article stating what we all already think, that Joe C won't open the checkbook. But an article stating he will...that peaks interest and goes against what everyone thinks will happen.

For OU to still be after Buzz, knowing what he makes, it only makes sense that OU is willing to pay up and even more than Capel was getting. Not sure you need inside sources to place a high probability on that outcome.

I doubt he has inside sources like we do (Chewy), but I also doubt he is just blatantly making up false sources to report probable outcomes. Plenty of people around here aren't as confident as you are that they are ponying up enough dough to be in the hunt for Buzz, although I sure hope they are.

All in all, we have no idea if they are coughing up 500K or 2 mil, and we are speculating as to the probability of that outcome. Somebody told Tramel they were going big and he reported it.
