Another juco may have visited this weekend

With his 3 point shooting I could see him potentially make Cam Clark come off the bench. If he could and OU's 7 deep had Cam and Fitzgerald coming off he bench, that is a very solid basketball team.

I don't see Cameron coming off the bench. I don't want to say much, but supposedly they're reworking Cameron's shot this off season. He's suppose to be putting a ton of work in the gym right now.

I got on the Cam bandwagon early. Then tried to jump off this season. I guess that I've still got one foot in. The team needs him better. I hope he is.

Tough to rework a shot in 6-7 months, and have it hold up in game conditions. Especially when it was reworked once already. I'm not saying he can't do it, I'm just saying I wouldn't expect a big change. Not everybody can shoot a basketball well, no matter how much they practice. There are guys in the NBA that can't shoot a lick, and they've practiced so many hours over their lifetime.

I hope OU can get this kid. The combination of Coleman, Cousins, Hield and Hornbeak has to make OU a much better team on the perimeter. Adding M'Baye will make OU a better interior team. Aren't is plenty capable of playing 5 minutes a game once in a while when OU has foul trouble. If for any reason he cannot do it, Cam Clark can move to a forward position for a few minutes a game.

I'm not saying it can be done. But if Cameron is putting in the time and effort during the offseason to one day be an NBA player it may be tough to have him come off the pine. Of course this is all conjecture. Cameron's improvements might be minimal or M'baye might be so talented that it would be a crime not find him a starting spot.

Changing shooting form is the toughest thing in basketball to do. Hope he can do it but it's not easy.

Cam Clark needs to work on passing and dribbling as well. When the ball went through him, the offense usually broke down as Cam's passing was usually a minus (shovel pass behind to Grooms coming up close, or pass away from basket) and lazy (too many telegraphed and slow passes). His dribbling was basically bounce the ball three or four times while jumping in place to no effect.
