Steven was 0-2 from three tonight, but he found a way to score in other ways, something he would not have done last season.

Seventeen points, 3 rebs, 3 assists, 2 steals and a perfect 5 of 5 from the free throw line. He is maturing as a player right before our eyes.

Another nice game. He got his points, got teammates involved, and played good D. During his first two seasons a bad three point shooting night meant that he would be non-factor in the game. This season, he makes his presence felt no matter what.

He has been awesome... as in, contender for one of the best SG's in the conference awesome.

his passing has been phenomenal this year and his effort and anticipation on defense have made him a completely different player out there. upperclassmen. it's a beautiful thing.

Where have you been?!

This...said it when his class came in as freshmen. It's great to have guys who are McD's AA and who are ranked in the top 25 coming out of high school because those are the ones that will push you to a Final Four (most of the time) but the players like Pledger who are talented but need get better every year and stay four years are the guys that make a program consistent.

If you can have a handful of "program builders" and sprinkle in a McD's AA here and there, you have a chance to create something special.

He is playing with the confidence that some of us thought he would exhibit from day one. Looks comfortable in Lon's system.
