Jalen Hill to run with the 2nd unit, spell minutes for Moore and have in with Luke when we want space and someone to rebound.

Noland is tricky, I think now that he is in better shape, you could make the argument for him instead of Soares/Darthard, maybe? Perhaps a coin toss though. I prefer Darthard for his on ball defense. Soares is a bigger 2/3, so can switch and guard better...but his last few games have left a lot to be desired with some dumb fouls and meh shooting (prior to WVU). On the flip side of that, Noland has 12 turnovers in the last 4 games (not in Big12 competition level of play).

Noland also got 12, 14, 14, 11 against Wich St, Tulane, Temple, and ECU...not exactly Big12 level comp. What would his numbers look like then? Is it worth the slight upgrade on offense (huge assumption) vs. Soares? If Soares settles down on defense, I think this is an easier call. Remember you have to lose one of those portal guys to keep Noland.

Joe is perfect for G5 play.

Agreed. I'm not sure why Maks was brought on board. I'd much rather take Benny who atleast has a few years to develop.

it’s interesting because cj has become unt’s primary ballhandler. i would say it’s a tossup between darthard and noland, but noland doesn’t take the leap if he’s here. oddly, i would take cj over bijan at pg.
