When I think of athletic ability I look at it in two phasis....1 being the ability to jump...and 2 being someone who is really quick

If you have 1 of the 2 I am happy, if you have both I am extremely happy.

When I look at next years potential to have athletic talent I get excited. Although we wont be athletically deep team, we will have about 3 or 4 players whom are athletic which is a huge improvement from this year....
Here is how I see it

PG -- ????
SG -- ????
SF -- Cam Clark -- He is somewhat quick and can jump
PF -- Osby -- He is a def leaper
C -- Goff -- From what I hear he runs the floor and plays above the rim

If capel can somehow pull off guerror (spelling), that would put him at the pg spot of being athletic...then we just need an athletic SG

This isnt the starting 5 I would have, I am just listing by position the athletes we will have for next year..
This doesnt mean we will be good, BUT you cant teach a kid to be athletic, you can teach a kid that is athletic to play good basketball....so atleast we will have a chance if these kids learn and get better

I am a big believer in recruiting athletes...when I look at some of the players capel has recruited not all of them scream athlete....

If we are athletic we can really run and gun and get up in people on defense...even if we are not great because of athletic ability and playing press defense we will stumble into some wins on athletic ability alone.

Speaking of athletic ability, does anyone know what happened to Terrance Boyd? I know he didn't get into Western Kentucky, but is he playing JUCO somewhere.

just what we need....a sg that shoots ELEVEN % from three point range and FIFTY % from the FT line.....he would fit right in at least. LOL
