Aziz N'Diaye commits to Washington

I think this is what most of us were thinking would happen.

Yeah, recruiting is going to be nearly Mission Impossible for Capel until something is determined and announced about this Gallon situation. If he signs any prospect of note in this late signing period it will have been a terrific sell job.

Yeah, Capel doesn't seem to be having any success. He is begging the leftovers of the 2010 class to come to OU and one by one they are smelling something foul and going to schools like South Florida

This one really stings. He was the one piece that I thought could bring some stability. Man I hope T Jones comes now. This program needs something positive to happen soon.

DESPERATELY SEARCHING FOR A SILVER LINING

Does this mean UW is out of scholarships and we have a better shot at Jones?

Unfortunately I think they still have a scholly for Jones I'm sure. Wasn't Jones quoted as saying that he wanted to help win a championship? I know that's not uncommon but point is N'Diaye just strengthened Washington's chances with Jones AND a championship for Romar. I'm not a doom and gloomer but...

I think Jones said he wanted to go where he would make the biggest impact. There is no place better than OU if that is the case.

Word is Jones is going to Kentucky with Brandon Knight.

That was one of my other predictions from the prediction thread, along with Aziz to Washington. As soon as I saw the Fab Five from Kentucky announce that they were NBA bound I knew Jones would go there. That excites a one and done type guy like him. Nothing we have right now compares to that. I wouldn't be suprised if Ross goes to Kentucky too.

I actually think Carter hurts more. But they both are big blows. We need PG's and big men and just lost two in a week.

How do you know? Can you point me to some film on this guy?

Assuming he can rebound and defend the post, I'd rather have a 7-1 guy than not. Now I'm sure most will use Big O as the example of this not being true, but the fact remains we're embarrassingly thin at the post ... especially with the future of Tiny still in doubt a bit.

Not ripping you, just asking what you are basing your assumptions on.
