Just looking at the play by play, Irvine absolutely choked the one away. Missed several straight free throws that would have put it away in the last 20 seconds. I think Irvine was actually favored, unless the app I saw is wrong.

Pretty much what I saw late. UCI lost it late. They were up 5 with less than a minute left.

TCU was lucky to escape that with a win. Irvine returned nine players and three starters from a 31-6 team last year, but already have 3 losses this year.
