Not long ago I posted here that we needed to recruit bigger women and that women's basketball was getting really rough. Tonight I saw a boxing match. In my opinion the refs should have stopped the game and told the coaches-especially the Kentucky coach- that hitting the body and arms of an opposing player would start to be called an intentional foul. The fact that the Kentucky players hands were open doesnt change the fact that they were beating on Griner and NOT playing basketball. Continually hitting her across the arms so she couldnt position them to catch the ball is not basketball. And I have no truck with KM or Griner.

Incoherent post.

Yep. Those Kentucky Cardinals.

Baylor is always allowed to play aggressive and at times rough and nothing is ever said about it. If she's such a great coach she should have been able to adapt.

I didn't see anyone throw a punch, throw a player to the floor or intentionally hit a player running down the court well after the play so not much of a boxing match compared to many other Baylor games....

It never seemed to bother Baylor when Griner would throw someone to the floor.

For a Baylor game, I thought this was some tribute to Easter. Sims got a little testy at the end. But, nobody even seemed irritated.
