I understand what you’re saying - but you’re trying to diminish the last 6-8 games of the season as if they are not allowed to make up for the first 20 with any weight. You literally are the most negative person I’ve read on here for a decade.

Not diminishing those games, just making an obvious and correct statement: 8 games aren’t going to overcome 20+ games of slop. If we were anywhere near the bubble a month ago, then sure, this stretch would have us solidly in. But if I’m 10 strokes behind standing on the 16th tee, two birdies and a par won’t do much.
