He had 18 points in 28 minutes to lead the team. He was 7-14 from the field including 2-5 from the 3-point line. He also had 5 rebounds, 2 assists, and a steal. He only had 2 turnovers this game but did commit 4 fouls.

Kings played their first preseason game tonight, vs. the Lakers. They blew a big lead before losing by 15, and Isaiah didn't see any action.

Yes he does, but I think most of his immediate family moved to the States. I could be wrong on that though.
