Sam tweeted he was in Norman on an unofficial visit last night.

I really don't know much about this kid. Is he a junior this season?

Oklahoma Elite bio

According to ESPN he's '12. Pretty good stats, both on and off the court. He looks smart enough to get an academic scholly and maybe walk on.

^^ This is what I think will end up happening, he will be a great walk on, but just now sure if he is this high of a D-1 talent.... But we will see what Lon does in this situation

I know that Cj was about to sign with Davidson and the night before Lon called and talked him into not signing with them. Possible scholly next year and certain a 2013 scholly.

brimmbball's sources are legit on this one. He pm'd me about this a couple days before Cole showed up in Norman.

I hope LK can find a way to sign this kid. His stats on the hardwood are impressive. His stats in the classroom are even more impressive. GPA 4.324 and a 32 on his ACT. Great job, young man!

He appears to be a bit of a tweener at 6' 7" 220 for a power forward. Anyone know if he has the skills to play the three?

he can shoot a little outside, but he is a 4.

What a talented young man. I did not remotely have the skills to walk on at OU in anything and I was not mature enough to make those grades at that point in my life.

Shouldn't he be able to get a pretty stout academic scholarship with those numbers? I think that ACT score may qualify him for a Regents scholarship which pretty much pays for everything. Would be nice to get an essentially free scholarship caliber player.
