This is exactly what I expected from Cameron. He came late to the national-level recruiting party because he wasn't dominant in HS until really the summer before his junior year. It's his M.O. He always seems to take his time warming up to a situation - almost cautious in his approach. He will be an all-Big12 player at some point.
His personality is very passive and quiet until he gets comfortable in a situation. Once he's comfortable, the cream will rise to the top. All OU fans will be pleasantly surprised in the end.
He is an unusual high-level talent. He doesn't walk around with a sense of entitlement or even a "swag" - certainly not considering what others in the game, of his rank and stature, have had in the past.
He's refreshingly different, but make no mistake, he's the real deal. He will be a very good college basketball player before his 4 years are out!
