To get a miracle we are going to have to cough up between $8 and $12 million and that's just the way it is. Don't do it and OU's men program suffers for a decade.

In fact, I will add, Tubbs had just been beaten in Norman by Dave Bliss when Tubbs was at Lamar, and OU scored over 100 points for the only time (I think) when Bliss was the coach. It was a blowout.

So, when Tubbs was picked, my dad and brother were beside themselves.

Only problem with that line of thinking is that Joe C didnt hire either of them.

Now in Hires Joe C has made, Bob Stoops was the Biggest Miracle of them all and he might have used up all the magic on that one.
