Can you guys explain some Trump things to me?

A Trump victory becomes more likely everyday.

The choice is America or socialism. I’m confident America will make the right choice.

He has basically no chance of winning this election.
 
165,000 people are dead from a pandemic, and counting.
We are facing a racial reckoning in the United States
Our troops are in harms way.
China and Russia are rising.
Our economy is suffering
Millions are out of work
Sports are being cancelled

And dear leader is literally talking about:

  • Water pressure for his hair
  • Fox and Friends TV ratings

You just can't make this stuff up.

That's fine, they can have optimism, but the devil is in the details. This election is nothing like the 2016 election. It's apples and oranges. It's more than that. It's apples and lobsters.

At this point in the race in 2016, Hillary was not polling like this. And Trump didn't have to defend himself, he only had to attack.

Biden is up 7 in Wisconsin
Biden is up 8 in Michigan
Biden is up 6.5 in Pennsylvania
Biden is up 5 in Florida
Biden is up 4 in Arizona
Biden is up by 11 in Virginia
Biden up 1.5 in North Carolina
Biden is within .8% in Texas

Trump pulled off a huge upset in the "blue wall" states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania. They aren't going for Trump in 2020. The entire blue wall is going to push back to Biden.

I have it 334-204, Biden.
 
I think Trump will lose this election. I think he wins in a cakewalk before the pandemic, but his performance against it will seal his fate.

I think the worst thing that can happen to the country, election-wise, is for it to be close. If it's close I cannot imagine how long the drama will drag out.

Trump is not responsible for that death number. No one person is, but it's certainly not on the President. That is just silly.

All the Cop vs BLM stuff started when Obama was in office. He didn't do squat about it. But again, how is this a Presidential matter?

We have far less troops in harms way than we did before Trump took office. Tell me, what new war/conflict did Trump get us into? None. That is the answer.

China and Russia aren't doing ****. Good grief.

Of course our economy is suffering. We're fighting a pandemic that requires some businesses to stay closed, and others to suffer b/c people are being careful. That's what you want right? When the pandemic is over, if Trump is still in office, the economy will be just fine. You know that.

So you think the only comments Trump should be making right now are about the pandemic and BLM? That is just dumb. Go back and watch the precious news clips of Obama during times of unrest. He talked about other things during those times as well. Just silly to try to use this as criticism, as if Trump should just be sitting on the White House porch, 15 hours a day, talking to the media about the pandemic and BLM.

Agreed. I hope I'm wrong and we're surprised like we were four years ago, but I think the pandemic put Trump in front of the people, talking about a topic that people have such varied opinions on, for far too long. It's Trump exhaustion at this point.

I think you misunderstood that whole thing.... I said all these things are happening, not whose fault it is, and Trump is talking about his hair and TV ratings.

Cool. I addressed that in my last paragraph. He isn't going to sit around talking about those things 24 hours a day. And heck, the racial thing probably doesn't even need to be addressed by him. And yes, I mean that.

It’s complete BS that you blame Trump for all of this.

-the pandemic is not Trumps fault. The virus is gonna do what it’s gonna do. Nobody has it under control.
- racial reckoning is media driven and it’s been in the background for hundreds of years, not just the last 3.
- Our Troops are always in harms way. That’s their job.
- China and Russia are independent of Trump, this is a ridiculous inference
- Our economy is suffering because of the pandemic, not Trump.
- everything else you said is the pandemic, not trump.

You’re so full of anti-Trump you can’t see anything else.

Well, after 4 more years of Trump, I doubt the next president reverses it totally. This deal is good for the region, bad for Iran. So, yes it’s good for the world.

When Trump wins another term, will the dems learn their lesson and stop trying to destroy the country? Will they stop going too far left and too extreme? Idk

Biden and Harris are not popular amongst a huge portion of the Democratic Party for not being left enough.
