I'm not the most prolific Twitter user and I certainly don't make it a point to read our players' tweets from day to day and week to week.

But it's kind of nice after a big win like today's to be able to directly send congrats to some of the guys.

I wrote to Hield, M'Baye and Osby today and enjoyed their responses (a couple were favorited, one was retweeted, and I got one tweeted reply).

When you're an out-of-state Sooner fan, you never get to meet the guys in person, and it's kind of a kick to be able to pat some of them on the virtual back after a nice victory.

Good stuff, Skyvue!

Amath was interviewed in the stands at the women's game a short time ago. He said this was the most fun he's had since he came to OU. He was obviously thrilled with the win. I couldn't be happier for these guys.

Yep, he tweeted to that effect too. For one thing, this is the first big, loud Sooner crowd the new guys have experienced at OU. Hopefully, they'll see many more this season and in years to come.

I enjoyed watching M'Baye having so much fun clowning the pokes......
