Buddy I will chime on this. A good friend of mine is a big UNC fan. They play Virginia tomorrow and we likely have to win at least that game.....and maybe another to make the tournament.

There will be some good quarterfinal games in the Big 12 tomorrow....I will be shocked if it goes "chalk" tomorrow.

UNC is a crazy team .. they have a lot of talent but have been terrible this year .. but they can win vs anyone .. almost makes me wish Tarheel was around to argue with ..

I’ve wondered about him as their season has imploded. I think they may need to win the tourney to make it. One more win won’t be enough.

Just think what this OU team could have been with a guy like Bacot....of course we would never land a guy like that....lol. BTW, my buddy can't stand Caleb Love....the guy shoots from anywhere anytime. The best player on UNC this year is probably RJ Davis, but he rarely assumes and/or demands the ball. When he is the alpha male, they are really good.

I would love to have a guy like Bacot attacking the boards for us. Love is nothing but a black hole. He will have an awesome game every now and then, but he is a volume player and takes bad shots far too often. He has lost them games this year.

no doubt bacot would have been a big upgrade at OU


i just don't by him as an all American type guy that some think he is ..

but yeah he is a very very good college basketball player

You're right in that Bacot's game isn't near complete enough to be an AA. He still looks raw in some areas, but his athleticism and "around the rim" game alone will probably secure him a pretty good NBA paycheck. We could have used that....lol.

I actually don’t see him listed in any mocks, even in the second round. It’s interesting, but not surprising given the fact that the best players don’t stay in college long, that very few of the guys who will be first of second team AA will be first round picks. Bacot might have to make his living outside the NBA.

It would be tough for us not have to more. There are only a few quad one wins available in the ACC. For us, all but two or three conference games were Q-1 opportunities.

Big day for our at large chances. Sam Houston starts its run for a national championship. Every game they win will show that our loss to them in the opener wasn’t a bad loss.
