Why didn't Wague play, hurt? How did Northweather look inside?(Afraid of answer looking at the rebounding box score)
Wague is slower than Northweather?Bad match up. Wague a little slow a foot
Kobe also massive. 7 ast 0 turns in like 37 min.

Northweather at least opens up the floor on the other end.Wague is slower than Northweather?
Honestly I think Luke guard’s perimeter better.Wague is slower than Northweather?
He does. But we need more physicality inside. Wish he'd get more pissed off!Northweather at least opens up the floor on the other end.
My heartTouched what?
Holy schmolyWe were out rebounded 42-21. With better rebounding, we might have won by twenty.
Good take. I think we as fans forget that single games have to be managed differently in tourneys than they do during the bulk of the season.I was pleased with how Moser handled the playing time this week. Kept Moore on the bench Wednesday when the team was playing better without him, stuck with Luke when Sam and Wague were nonfactors, realized that Dayton shouldn’t play the past two games, played Taylor big minutes (which he earned), and worked Goodine in as he came back from missing three weeks.
I have no idea what this means going forward. It’s obviously a much bigger deal than winning the smaller, less prestigious tourneys we won the past two seasons. I really hope the teams we beat have good seasons, but I’m not sure Providence is very good and Arizona and Louisville could go either way. I think there are probably seven or eight teams in the SEC who are better than the teams we just beat, so we really need to improve the rebounding and start getting something from Sam and Wague. We shot the three very well the last two games, and were great from the FT line. There will be games those things don’t happen, and those are the kinds of games where we will really struggle against conference teams if we don’t shore up the rebounding and lack of production from the guys who were expected to be our two main centers.
I hope there is no letdown Tuesday. Georgia Tech isn’t great but they are good enough to beat us if we aren’t sharp. We have struggled so badly to win home games when the fan base is ready to jump on the bandwagon, so we need to maintain this momentum.
I think this team will need several players to step up at various points of season. Moore is our stud, but Fears is young and will have ups and downs. Fortunately, I think we have more overall talent. I think we’ll see a lot of different combinations/lineups playing up to specific matchups. One game it’s Kobe; another time it’s Taylor.Taylor said post game that he will do whatever it takes to win. He doesn’t care about min or scoring.
Also said this team has come together off and on the court faster and better than any team he has been on.
Porter said (radio). That they were able to have real conversations with Moore after providence. (Not about you it is about the team). And they love the way Moore responded. He is a leader
Also praised Taylor and Kobe.
