Blah. Not that big of deal. Not that many people takes charges under the rim anyways.
I would rather see them get rid of the idiotic one and done rule. Go back and let hs kids go straight to the pros if they want to. Didn't hurt the game then.

Or let them go straight to the D-League for a year and still get drafted.

The one and done rule is an NBA thing, not an NCAA thing, and it ha definitely been good for the NBA IMO. They're not going to change it unless they have to... Or uless they can make it 2-3 years.
