Completley and Utterly UNCAPELABLE

I take my leadership position with the Capelables very seriously. Our group puts in a lot of hard work. We support the guys, we spread the word around campus, and we show up early and stay late every game.

But after not having seen a real OU basketball team take the court since the spring of 08, I have reached my breaking point. It may be fine for other Division 1 programs to lose to Chaminade, but we as fans do not have to put up with this. WE ARE FREAKING OKLAHOMA BASKETBALL FOR DAMN'S SAKE.

Now I'm not going to go around asking for people's head or this or that but I will say this: Something needs to be done and it needs to be done fast. We don't have time to keep setting our program back. We are a top 15 all-time program and this is not how a top 15 program operates.

This is PATHETIC. I have said all along on this board that I can deal w/ the losses that were sure to come because I thought the team would put effort into every game. NO ONE BUT CADE SHOWED UP TODAY. That is EMBARRASSING, especially after all the talk about how this season would be different from last season. There may not be 3k in the L.N.C. to see Gardner-Webb on 12/9 and after today this team honestly deserves that. Time to STEP IT UP against Arkansas and Arizona.

It's the coaching staff's fault the kids were not ready to play

Cade is better than both them combined. I actually like Fitz but he needs someone else down low to play with him. Im not sure Pledger is any good.

Cade isnt any good either. surrounded by a team with no talent, except for a few guys, he might look good. hes just like crocker was..streaky and has a good game 1 outta 5. or in this years case may score alot of points but isnt hard to do on this years team when noone else can..someones gotta score.

Well hes had 4 straight pretty good games so there goes that theory.

no like i said..4 good games on a team that noone can score so someone has to..if we had blake and taylor and willie.he would fade away and be his usual 1-7 from 3 point range..lets just face it. time to wake up. cade is averge player or a poor poor team and he scored some points so you think hes good.

I never said hes an all big 12 player. Hes had good scoring games against d1 teams. Someone has to take the shots. Hes been taking them and hitting his fair share the last 4.

no i agree with you, he can make shots im just afraid they will be meaning less ones..we arent going to win many games and will be blown out in alot of them so he will be scoring more than he prolly really would if the other teams backups werent in.

Well I agree we would be a better team if we had better players. Ideally he would be a spark off the bench of an NCAA team.
