Why are you still talking about a comment I sarcastically made? I agreed that I said it, and I'll probably continue to say it for the rest of my life. Surgical physicians make fun of medical physicians, medical physicians make fun of surgical physicians, and everybody makes fun of ED physicians. That's the dynamic of nearly every hospital. I brought up UT because I thought a sports rivalry is something you could understand. It's 6:07 and Texas still sucks, but if you say Vince Young is a terrible athlete, I'll still laugh at you.

I have a joke for you Eielson. Do you know how to hide $5 from a surgeon? Put it in the chart! Do you know how to hide $5 from an internal medicine guy? Put it under a wound dressing! I've yet to hear a solid case for why Joe Biden is so bad other than "he's old!" Trump has proven that you don't even need a functioning brain to be president. At least Joe Biden is respected around the world and will bring class and honor back to the White House.

For me, it's mostly policy. You elect Biden, you are essentially turning the Federal Government over to Pelosi, AOC, and Omar. That scares the sh*t out of me, b/c they are about as left as it gets, and I promise you they are going to try to pass some straight up crazy policy/law.

As someone who is neither a Democrat or Republican, I do my best to stay impartial and hear both sides of the argument. However, some things do get on my nerves, or in this case, make me shake my head in complete disbelief. We have some enormous problems and challenges at the moment in our great country...pandemic deaths, hatred, riots, financial ruin, etc, etc. And with all that, I just read that Ben Stiller is getting enormous pressure to delete President Trump's cameo from his 2001 Zoolander movie. Again, I do my best to be open-minded about things, but can someone explain to me with some level of intellect how this can be something worth stressing about at this time (or any time)?

this is just stupid. I'm sorry but the right's inordinate fear of "AOC and Omar" makes me laugh. It's like kids being scared of the boogeyman. of course there's overreach. it's the same overreach that has happened when dumbass was elected. at that point all the crazies decided they had carte blanche to open up. it's the same thing here.

once colin kaepernick's incredibly peaceful protest method was ignored and twisted by the right then this is what it had to come down to. public displays and protests that no doubt would have some overreach. I expected it.

maybe next time when someone kneels you'll pay attention? and, by that same token, when someone complains about something like Obama's drone policy the left wont just shake it off either.

You’re half right. The headlines I saw did not state “enormous pressure”, but “growing pressure”. I had no interest in reading the actual article as the headline itself told me all I needed to hear. Also, I seriously doubt he would make this public if it was just a few people reaching out. Regardless, I doubt anyone will be able to articulate an intelligent reply as to why Ben Stiller should give any of these requests a second thought with all that we have going on in this country.

I respect your opinion, but mention the Ben Stiller article as someone who is an undecided voter. I have been voting since 1984. I have voted Republican 4 times, Democrat 3 times and a third-party candidate twice. It’s really hard to be much more center than that. The reason Biden is ahead is because of how poorly Trump has handled this pandemic. However, don’t get too cocky thinking that the lead is insurmountable. People in the center are growing very tired of the nonsense we’re reading about trying to change history (like editing Zoolander, taking down statues, etc) and defunding the police. It would be great for Biden if these types of articles stopped surfacing for the next few months.
