I ran the game back and forth and got some detailed stats on the last quarter. OU entered the final quarter trailing 61-68. We got as close as 63-68 but made no progress from there.
We got 10 stops but scored only 6 points after the stops.
ViVi was out of the game most of the quarter probably because she was unable to contain their "center" who drove by her with ease and hit a couple of treys when ViVi layed off. But without ViVi our offense was very stagnant. She scored 5 points in her brief 4th quarter participation.
We had 4 turnovers, one particularly bad by Penzo who also fouled the Demon player.
We missed 5 layups most of which were open shots. Williams threw up a prayer but we should have hit most of the others.
Our defense against the trey was much better in the second half. We had a couple of bad breakdowns but DePaul has a very good offense with a lot of player and ball movement.
We lost Ana for the entire quarter because of several bad fouls. The young lady has to learn what she can do and what she can not do.
