I agree with your assessment, but the guy got big money to come here. Asking for a raise before you've proven it on the field--even if you're convinced you're gong to prove it on the field--is the kind of spoiled, entitled attitude that is killing collegiate sports. He basically stole the money he made his freshman year. He got coached and trained and fed and educated and cared for to a degree that few of us will know in our lifetimes, and he cuts and runs because he can't have a raise that is more money than most fans make in a year (or five or 15)? He's 19 freaking years old and has done nothing yet (again, I'm with you that he's going to be good). Sorry, good riddance to him.
