Very interesting results thus far...if I would've picked winners before this tournament started, I would be well under .500.

I thought we would have been playing NM tomorrow in the finals after we beat UNI. Well, we won't be playing either team. NM got blitzed by BYU today and we be playing for 7th place.....didn't see that one coming. I thought they were the 2nd best team in the tournament. If we can get by Hawaii tonight, it looks to be Harvard in the finals. The results of this tournament are exactly why I don't bet much anymore.

UNM had a football player die in a car crash overnight. I don't know if that affected the Lobos' frame of mind today or not (I assume he was friends with at least some of the basketball guys). I also think they haven't emotionally recovered from giving away that Rice game on Saturday. When you start four sophomores, they may not be mature enough to bounce back like an OU-style team could.
