I know he's redshirting, but how has he looked in practices? I really like his overall floor game. Seems to be a great rebounder for his size, gets to the line, has good vision and is unselfish with the ball from the film at CSUN.

Too many turnovers and not enough good film to see his defensive capabilities, but overall I like what I've seen.

Is this like a Jason Detrick redshirt? He's good, he would have a role, but there is kind of a logjam and they want to save his eligibility for when he could have a bigger role?

Would love a practice report that gave an opinion of how O'Garro and Harkless looked.

He's young (20!) so maybe he's thinking he can take a year and really improve. Kruger has a great track record of improving guards, so maybe just thinking that he can really take a big leap in a year off? Will have a chance to be a starter next year beside Gibson and Harmon.
