If Eric Maynor is a good defender, that could be the best thing he could help WW with. That's where we need leadership. I think the leadership thing is overrated when it comes to execution. Work ethic, leads to execution. People follow that lead. Work ethic defensively is what WW needs and if he gets that, maybe it will flow down to other bad defenders like TMG, Gallon, Allen, Pledger, Fitz, Willis, etc.
