I disagree. The play in games should be reserved for the last 4 in. Teams like Syracuse, UCLA, and Arizona st.

They come pretty close on the seed numbers but they have no clue who will be placed in which region so they have no clue which teams will play each other.

Oh, I agree on the location. I never rely on them for that, just thought it was interesting.
