I attend Journey Church in Norman. We run about 4,000 people on a Sunday. Anyways, our pastor was talking about each of us reaching out and asking ten people who don't go to church and invite them to attend on Easter Sunday. He went on to say if you do the math on that, that it could possibly be the best thing that ever happened to The University of Oklahoma.
He went on to say "4,000 people reaching out to 10 people would make the attendance 40,000 and we would have to rent out the LNC for multiple worship experiences, which would cause OU to build a new basketball arena, and would then cause OU to get better recruits." Ha! Although he was joking about the OU part, it was still pretty good thinking.
