I'm from Kansas and was kind of a sixers fan growing up. Loved watching Iverson play! Ever since Blake went to the Clippers they have been the main team I watch. I'm thinking my team will be the Pelicans or Clippers now! Is that wrong? Just wondering how many people's favorite team will be the Pelicans now too!

Celtics still my favorite, but I will watch the Pelicans every chance I get.

I grew up on MJ's Bulls but am a big Thunder fan. I didn't really have one team in the 00s. I've been collecting older games and the 80s Celtics and Lakers were amazing teams to watch too.

Ditto. I live in Houston but the Rockets had a television dispute 3-4 years ago and DirecTV quit showing their games. The Rockets got worse and I fell off the bandwagon since all their games were blacked out locally. In the meantime, I became a Clippers fan because of Blake. I'm sure I will watch as many Pelican games as possible but I don't remember seeing many of their games televised. I don't care enough to subscribe to the NBA season pass.

I think you can pay less and just pick a team or a couple of teams in a package. If so I think I'll give it a try. Anthony Davis was hurt for awhile too so maybe that's why they weren't on as much. Seemed like the Clippers were never on after Blake went down too!

Denver Nuggets.

Lived in Denver for about 7 years, went to many Nuggets games, was really my first live experience with the NBA.

lol, I don't "change" favorite teams. All of my favorites in all the sports I watch have been my favorites since I was in elementary school.

Celtics all the way. Sometimes I have a second team that I "follow" because I think they are fun, or like a player or two. It was Dallas when I lived down there and they had the fun Nash/Dirk squads. It's GS now. WTSooner LOVES the 3 ball.

From Tom Chambers through this very moment and until they return.....

Grew up a Larry Bird/Kevin McHale Celtics fan but always latch onto to local teams. It's all Thunder for me now but I do have a soft spot for Boston and any team with a Sooner in the rotation. The one thing that will never change is I might actually have a deeper dislike for the Lakers than I do for the Shorthorns, which as a Sooner fan, says a lot.

NBA I just like to follow guys more than anything! I won't switch every other year or anything! I told myself I'll root and watch for the two OU guys and go from there. College and NFL I have always stayed the same. Dallas Cowboys and SOoners!

While it hasn't been much fun in the last few years, I have been a Lakers fan since the Jerry West days. I also like the Thunder because they're an Oklahoma team and I follow the Clippers some for obvious reasons.

Aside from those three teams, I couldn't care less about NBA basketball. I appreciate the quality of the players. They're good, really good. But the game they play is so far removed from my favorite sport (college basketball), I see it as mostly a waste of my time except for the last five minutes. The first 43 minutes is for entertainment purposes only. Tune in the last five of any game when the outcome is usually decided and you'll see all you want to see.

I'm the same way. You're a fan if you stick with a team through the down years as well. As for me, I've been an Orlando Magic fan since the days of Penny Hardaway.

Mavericks, started following them because of Eduardo, then Dirk became my favorite player

My favorite NBA team(s) are all those whose TV broadcasts/media attention don't interfere with my ability to watch/follow my Oklahoma Sooners. Sorry, Thunder.

Edit: By the way, I was a huge Celtics fan growing up.
