Saw that Chad McKee, Najera and Jessica Cody will do the OU crimson kool-aid broadcast on tnt or trutv.

Who is doing the national call?

I really thought the ou heavy broadcast would be cool, but will only be slightly better than the fox sports tier 3 non conference games,

Think they should bring in the tnt NBA guys, ask the school for their dream Homer broadcasters, or give espn some cash for franshilla, Vitale or mushburger (lead big 12 crew)

Hill, Raftery, and Nance.

All of the Raftery quotes that we'll have to endure makes me strongly consider the OU broadcast.

Nance is always part of it. Final Four and the Masters it's Jim Nance, Jim Nance. Jim Nance.....this time of year.

Raftery, like Jay Wright, is a total east coast guy. they think basketball outside the Eastern Time Zone is like counterfeit money. i don't dislike either guy...but that's how they see things consciously or not.

doesn't matter the game was invented about 300 miles north of Norman.....all that matters is the old Philly guys, the old Boston guys....NYC....there's a whole mafia around Red Auerbach and George Washington U....

that's just how they see things....like how we see that doing the "Oklahoma Drill" in football means what means. maybe.

Raftery did a game of ours against Tech when Bob Knight was there....big game....but they did a whole segment on how "freaked out" he was on Lubbuck and things like chili cheese fries. he physically looked like he thought he was in outer space in some diner in Lub Tex.

i don't expect much sympathetic treatment this week with Cuse, Nova (a lot of old timey Big East hosannas from all the Cuse loving Boeheim worshipers slash Syracuse grads at ESPN)....and then Saint Roy and the Tar Heels.

all that said, i do like that the game is in Houston a little. we might not win but we almost this kind of chance sort of near our turf. Kansas in Kemper, Miami in Miami. FSU in Miami.....3 times....this i'm channeling....do it with brothers and sisters....
