KenPom is the best in the business in my opinion, but there are other good ones out there (Bart Torvik). And yes it's early, so some teams will make significant moves (both ways) as the season goes along. But if you are a team in the 300s, chances of you moving well into the 200s are slim. And I think there is some potential to be a good team with some guys coming back, but I've also been told this guy or that guy is good and it hasn't seemed to make a difference lately. Is kenpalm even accurate yet?
Keep in mind we are missing 3 of our better players.
Potential is there to be a good team. We will see if moser can make it work
Hard time believing that based on sone other team’s schedules I have seen. I mean Louisiana tech played a horrible scheduleGoing into tonight....we were #362 out of #364 in SOS.....according to Kenpom. And tonight we are playing #350. So when we wake up tomorrow, we will be the proud owners of the worst SOS in the country.
Is that manzer?He’s an aggie…so..
yesIs that manzer?
We covered by 4 pts tho??I agree, but when you look this bad against the worst schedule in the country thus far....it's increasingly difficult to feel too optimistic moving forward.
He shot 36% one year so a whole 3 pts better. But then he did have a good year in the 40%s. But that was a super lame/dumb statement
We did end up covering.....which is hilarious in its own right. We ended the game on a 24-6 run.....which never hurts. We covered by 4 pts tho??
so Iowa only beat them by 22 ..
tamu by 32
OU by 28
and yes we are not as good as #2 UCONN who won by 35 (but i could have told you that)
Dang.. now THAT is scheduling lolso Iowa only beat them by 22 ..

You know, when Moser had his preseason press conferences he would often talk about the importance of having guys come back that had played in the system. He always talked about Moore and Godwin, but never once mentioned Northweather. I had a bad feeling that that was a sign. So, is norweather just an afterthought?
