General thought was needed 11 wins in conference to be safe. So How do we get there?

vs. TCU
@Tech
vs Baylor
vs Iowa St
vs W. Virginia
@ TCU

Then hopefully 1-1 worse record in tournament. That should get us in tournament.

Not saying we can't win other games. I hope we hold serve at home minus maybe Kansas. I think we have a shot to win all home games.

The other games are all winnable games. KSU at home, ISU, Texas and OSU on the road and the toughest KU at home are winnable games. OU hung with a better KU team for half the game at home last year. OU is much better this season and hopefully will have a lot confidence going into that game.

We need Hornbeak to start making some shots and Cam and Fitz to continue to contribute off the bench. If that happens this team is going to be very difficult to beat.

I wouldn't concede @ISU or @texas either. You throw these 2 with the above and barring injury, I think 6 wins would be the minimum from this group of 8 games. Also, K-State at home I think is very winnable. I think I'll be disappointed, at this point, with less than 11 wins.

I can see this team being 12-6 very easily. Especially if they beat KSU at home Saturday. Which I think they can very easily. Basically win all home but Kansas, which I believe we can win, then win at Tech and @ TCU and you get 12 wins. Not improbable.

Yes, 13-5 is very doable. To do that it has to start Sat with KState. If we get them, we might have the inside track to 13 wins in conference and at least a share of 2nd place. We have to hold serve at home against KState and IState and get sweeps of TCU, Tech, WVU, Baylor, and ut. If we steal one @ OState or IState or KU at home, it would be gravy. I still think 11 conference wins gets us in but if we get to 12 or 13, we are playing for seeding. Awesome!
