Looks to be at least six feet if not taller.

I could scissor-kick clear 5' 7" back in the day, but I was never able to jump as high as that bar appears to be.

Now, looks like usedtobe1 and I have more in common than I thought. I would be doing well to clear the foot high chain in that convenience store. :facepalm
