Is Wojcik on the hot seat at Tulsa?

I think Brooks Thompson is probably a leading candidate.. another name I heard today is Billy Clyde Gillispie...
 
Gillispie or Thompson would be substantial upgrades from Wojiek. Thompson might be hard to get, he is a rising star and wants the OSU gig when they fire Ford next year. Billy might want to come home. I don't have any idea if he liked Tulsa when he was here.

I think Tulsa will give Pooh Williamson a hard look. They might also give Terry Evans a hard look. If I was tulsa, I would give Crutchfield a hard look as well.

Brooks Thompson should hold out for the OSU job and not get into a rebuilding situation at TU. He has been good at UTSA and should keep that going until Travis Ford gets fired. If OSU can't get Bill Self (which they probably cant), they will look to Brooks Thompson if he is still sucessful.

Terry Evans would be a good hire, as would Doc Sadler.

Wow, I havent heard Greg Swaim in forever. I didnt realize he was still around.

I know people hate on the guy.. but he has consistently had good info regarding the big 12 on his Twitter feed.. you just have to sift through some trash from time to.time..
 
I really wish they'd stay away from former OSU players. It alienates the already fickle fan base. I guess that would apply to OU coaches as well, though I do like the Terry Evans idea. Pooh and Crutchfield are both good thoughts as well.

As for Sadler, I don't see it being a good fit. TU needs to play an uptempo style, IMO. That isn't what Sadler, or Billie G., will want to do.

Not really. ESPN threw out the regular names. Scott Sutton. Brooks Thompson. They also mentioned Fran Fraschilla, Kermit Davis (Middle TN State), and Scott Spinelli (Maryland Associate HC, was an assistant at aTm). I think they mentioned Pooh Williamson at one point, but I might have read that on this board.
