Demanding basic effort on defense and keeping them accountable. The players have to largely police themselves imo.

I think he's a great team manager and underrated recruiter and that's my opinion

I'll somewhat agree to policing themselves, I think losing Henson is a big part of that. But I'm also in the camp of if you have to demand effort then the player has the problem.

I agree if you have to demand effort, then don't play them anymore.
