Decent turnout from OU fans given the record.

McNeace killed us in that 4 minute stretch before halftime. He has to learn how to box out and rebound especially when he's not scoring. By the time Lon got Lattin back in the game we were down 7 or 8.

Lattin still has very poor shot selection and McGusty did tonight. James looked like he was running in concrete shoes. DSM was one of the better players for us. Odomes couldn't do anything.

In the 2nd half we found something with Doolittle but we quit going to it.

Buford didn't play very well either. He's nothing more than a role player. He's too limited.

Should have been running the offense through Doolittle at the high post the whole game. Make them pay for sitting back in the zone...

Zones work against us because we have a couple of wings (one starts) who can't shoot the three. Makes it five defenders against four.....

Odomes is going to have to want to shoot the three. He's a liability when the defense sags against him because he can't shoot the three and only wants to drive. And when he drives, he seldom ever passes to another player.

I sat in the nosebleed....actually different perspective. Game looked a lot slower.

The 1-3-1 was basically a match up against us. We didn't drop 2 guys on the baseline...so when our High guy went high the middle of the 3 just played up.

From my vantage point, basically on top, tcu just crowded the zone.

Our guards did nothing but stand there and pass the ball, no cuts, no movement. We just matched up with their zone. Pass, pass, pass, long 3.

2nd half, not sure but there were several possessions, more late, that we passed it 20 times, passing up open shots. 1 particular time McGusty caught on wing, had an open 3, hesitated, took two dribbles and shot a contested 20 ft 2. UGH!

tcu had the energy, we looked very ho-hum. I guess 20 losses will do that.

Def - we could not for the life of us, defend a pick and roll, it went in or a kick out to a open 3, which they hit.

Officiating - big 12 typical...sucked on both ends.

I think we have some decent talent, but so does the rest of the D1 basketball. Young will be a help, but unless he shoots 60% from the 3 on a reg basis, I'd zone the crap out of us.

I feel like a ku fan...isn't spring football a few weeks away!

Hope this team rest 1 week or spring break and go back the gym and put some buddy love work in. They got to improve big time. Young will help but james has to wake up hopefully Freeman finds hisspot on the team. We need his height.

Mcnease needs to put on some more weight and man-up on the block. His shot is good when it hits. Lattin has to focus on not fouling out or getting in foul trouble early. Team needs his rebounds, blocks tough D. Doolittle is out of position he is a tweener. LK has to find a spot for him. Mcgusty go game I hope he gets better and better with decisions on the floor. Just hope this team work much harder during the off season and summer.
