I think most of us have been waiting for Cam to break out for the last two years.. Let's hope he has and his performance this game is the first game of that breakout.

He seemed to be enjoying himself early on where he couldn't miss for he had a smile along the lines of the "this is unreal" look on his face after about the 6th consecutive shot made.
