Dont get me wrong, its a solid hire if true, and a definite upgrade. He will do well and win games here IF he comes.

Great X's and O's guy. He was 3-8 vs Tubbs when he was at KSU and he did that with lesser players, IMO. 3-8 doesn't sound very good, but none of the games were easy wins. He is really good.

One of his asst. coaches is Steve Henson, who was a stud PG at KSU. He was also a decathlete. I hope he is coming with Lon. He was by far my favorite Big 8 non-OU player of all time.
