What do you all think of Blake Griffen's grabbing the arm and spinning on Ibaka last night?

He did seem to be cheap shot alot in his days at OU and early pro years. Do you think after last night that he brought some of it on himself?

(And before anyone comments on Ibake last year, Ibake deserved to be suspended for that)

its the new microwave develped by apple. You can surf the web and play games as long as you are cooking.

Not exactly sure what Blake did wrong?

I'm with you. Matt Barnes is a thug. Blake could have released Ibaka sooner...but Ibaka shouldn't have blown up like that, but none of that would have happened if Matt Barnes would have kept his thugness to himself.

Then the stupid arse tweets during the game...what a worthless piece.

Have you seen the replay from above? It shows blake was moving his feet and spinning around. From above there is no push at all from Ibaka.

Its an old Dennis Rodman move. Rodman has admitted he would grab on to a players arm and start spinning causing the officals to call Technical fouls on the player that he was holding the arm of. Its cheap. But flopping is too IMHO, but everyone seems to do it too at times.

Didn't Ibaka punch Blake below the belt last season? So any bad blood Blake has towards Ibaka is justified and if the worse he does his lock his arm for a few seconds than so be it.

What I'm trying to say is Thunder fans are the worst.

I am a Blake fan. I just stopped watching the NBA when the Heat with Shaq and Wade won. It was the non true basketball plays such as flopping and creating contact just for a foul to be called when you didn't need to make contact became the norm ( this is aimed at Wade). I started watching again because of Blake and now watch both Clippers and Thunder.

I still think it was a cheap move by Blake. But I guess in the grand scheme of things it worked for his team, I am sure my not liking it won't stop him from doing it. And I also not a fan of the rip move that Durant does.

Gotta agree here. What Blake did was really minor. Guys get tangled up like that, but is shouldn't be cause for Ibaka to start a fight. It was Barnes and Ibaka who lost their cool.

As far as Thunder fans being the worst, I don't agree with that, but I will say that Basketball has never been this big in Oklahoma. There are a lot of Thunder fans out their whose passion is greater than their knowledge and experience with basketball. My hope is that given enough time the more ignorant/inexperienced Thunder fans will gain some perspective on the game.

If that caused you to lose respect for Blake, then I hope you have none, or never will have any for Serge after he hit Blake in the Balls last year

:clap Great recovery!

Reminds me of once I was perusing this site on my iPad and replying to jmizzy but auto correct kept changing it to "Missy" or "Misses" or somesuch. I wouldn't notice it until I had already hit submit so before I could edit, he would see it. That was a rough night but thankfully jmizzy is a good dude so he understood what was happening.

Stuff like that is a non-event for me. Blake gets beat on and cheapshot by everyone and always has so sometimes you have to fight fire with fire. It's not like he's Jason Sutherland or Derek Grimm.

This thread confused me until i found out that Griffin had played against Oklahoma City last night.

Blake did nothing wrong. I can't believe they ejected anyone for that crap but Ibaka didn't do anything either. Toss Barnes, but the rest should've been technical fouls at most. Ruined a good game.

Fact is, Blake is one of the chippiest/dirtiest players in the Association. It's no coincidence he constantly gets in scrapes like this.
