Ok guys...how do we matchup with aTm?

I haven't really watched them play this year so I don't know what to expect. I think I read they have a young big guy in the middle which can cause us problems.

Can we win and what are the keys to us winning?

We have to rebound. They are big. And contain house. He can go off

if Jordan and Isaiah and Spangler show up and play pretty well I think we win. Just gotta rebound the ball and not let House go off. Very beatable. Everyone left is here for a reason, all 16 teams can be beat on any given day.

House almost came with tae thomas last year.... Scary thought

I also think we need a little more out of the bench. Hopefully James, Buford, and Walker can hit some shots and AK and McNeace can give us about 15 total minutes off the bench of good defense

They're a big, physical team. Even their best guard, Caruso, is a big guy. They're not real quick and will have trouble guarding our perimeter players. If I had to compare them to a B12 team, it would probably be Baylor without the zone defense.

They will be very tough to beat. They are big and play great D. OU better be hitting..

It is all about how we play. We are better and we win if we defend and shoot like we are capable.

They start 4 SRs. They play inside out offensively. We need to do a good job on the fat kid in the post, not lose House on the perimeter, stay in front of the Caruso kid, and rebound.

They're solid defensively but nothing special. They're big but not long; no rim protection. The fat kid in the middle is plodding and not very good defensively. I don't see how they will stay in front of our perimeter guys. I think we attack off the dribble and kick to open shooters all game. There will also be a lot of opportunities at the rim too.

They don't seem to be great at any single part of the game but no real weakness either. They share the ball really well and that might be they're strong point. Despite their size, they don't seem like a great rebounding team to me.

I think they're over seeded myself but they can definitely beat us.

They didn't look all that great in the first half. It's hard to know how good they were because the SEC was terrible this year. I think we might need Manyang just to keep Lattin andSpangler out of foul trouble.

I believe AK is out for this one as well. I don't think we expect him back until the Elite 8. We are going to to need hold court in the paint against these guys.

I also agree about AK. I hope he can make it back, but even if he does I bet he gets no time in the gym until Wednesday.. So i would think Kruger is working Mcnece a ton this week.

I think I read where AK is already ruled out for the game, possibly being back if we make it to the elite 8. Even if he was back it would be hard to expect him to be checked in mentally.

Up until I left the game w/ 1:33 last night, UNI looked much more fundamentally sound than A&M. I listened to the rest of the game on the radio.
