Legitimately can’t catch a basketball. I’ve watched him struggle in layup lines to get the ball to the rim without losing it

My personal opinion...he is somewhere between Joe Bamisile/Le'Tre Darthard.
His frame gives me Bamisile vibes, but he has better handles. He takes care of the ball better and drives consistently. Not as explosive as Joe B, but more put together. He hit some deeper 3s though @ Dayton, which is a nice idea.
Similar to Le'Tre's athleticism, similar to Joe Bam's build. Not as defensive as Le'Tre.
His catch and shoot 3pt% though...
(72nd in eFG%, which is 99th percentile)His FG% is in the upper 30's from last year. Not exactly giving me positive vibes with that. Plus, those two were both just okay at best at OU.
Definitely difficult to get excited for this one.

I’m good with it. Combo guard. Shoots it well enough from 3.
Think seniors fight harder bc they have 1 last shot. Hate it because they gotta go as well.
I think better than Darthard.

I mean, with the production we lost. Grabbing a guard that shot 37% from the field at Dayton of all places doesn't give me warm and fuzzies.
But at this point, with the state of the program. It almost seems like taking anyone is a win.
That's the thing. On paper right now, he's a starter. Also, the fact he could be our first committed transfer? Oh man. Just wow.

Inside 3pt line was not great. But 38% 3 is above avg. sometimes guys force. If we add 3 more good ones he won’t have to force.
I know I’m gonna get rang for this. But we should’ve been in. Virgina over us was awful. Matrix guy got every pick but us. We were wronged.
Pretty crazy this is how Moser’s fourth offseason is going. Nobody would have guessed this when he was first hired.

Exactly. It's not great by any means.
That's cool. In my opinion, we should've left no doubt and we didn't. So it is what it is. Being absolute garbage down the stretch when it mattered didn't help.
