12+ visitors should have been on campus by now. They should have used the Spring Game to host 5-10 alone. 2 kids were there, lol. Crazy.

While, sure, we don't see everything the coaches are doing, I really don't think they've hosted a bunch of secret visitors. Doesn't add up, to me.

Point guard is such a huge need. I get wanting to have Pedulla as the guy, he makes (or made) so much sense for OU but damn, we all saw how that was trending (at the very least he wanted to take more visits). If he's allowed to visit other schools, you're allowed to bring in other point guards. Hell, he's set to commit to Ole Miss who I know hosted 3+ PGs.

Same with C/BIG. Same with Scoring. Etc.

I don't care if some question me/us, lol. I'm going to post whatever the hell I want unless Boulder bans me.

I don't see a functional plan. That doesn't mean it's going to end up being a complete failure, we don't know. As of this moment, what we do know is, they've hosted 6 recruits (I misspoke and said 5 earlier...forgot Overton in my brain). Jadon Jones will be #7. They've landed 1 so far, as we know, and he's average-ish. I think they'll end up 1-5...pending Jadon's visit. They should be to land him but haha, at this point, who knows. To say I disagree with what they've done up until now would be a massive understatement. I hope the final product is serviceable. I have no faith today, though.

Also, we filled 1 of 5 spots (not including processing Yaya, which should and won't happen)

Our visits:

- Sean Pedulla (Ole Miss)
- Kevin Overton (Taco John's)
- Brandon Garrison (TBD - OSU most likely)
- Aaron Scott (St. John's)
- Kobe Elvis (BOOMER!)
- RJ Godfrey Jr. (courtesy visit? unlikely)
- Jadon Jones (visit planned)

So you are telling me, we have 4 more open spots, FOR STARTERS, and we still have only brought in 1 commit, 2 probably not, and 1 planned. (Lost 3)

That is 1 guy in, 1 guy who is potential for 5 spots realistically. 4+ weeks into the portal.

WHERE ARE THE VISITS!? You have a roster to fill, WHAT THE ACTUAL F#&$ ARE YOU DOING?!

Okay, I am done, this coaching staff is pissing me off with this portal.
 
gotta figure part of the reason the visit #’s for OU are low is because a) kids and their handlers/families know we can’t pay as much as schools so why bother and b) we seemingly have no plan outside of our initial targets.

Meanwhile Texas has added:
-a PG who averaged 11 ppg last year on the NIT runner up team
- a CG in Pope who averaged 17 ppg
- a SG who averaged 16 ppg in the SEC last year
- a PF who averaged 13 ppg on the NIT runner up team

THey've also lost some VERY talented players. Are the replacements they found as good as the players they lost?? I would say no for at least two positions.

Not for everyone. BUt if someone hands a kid $500k before he even gets to campus? I could see that going to their heads. FOr some it will give them more drive. For some it will end up in criminal behavior.
There are already athletes that need extra motivation...I think this will make it worse.

I agree on the Indiana state boys, but I think pope and mark are an upgrade over abmas and hunter combo.
