Oregon was favored over OSU by two points this morning. CBS is now showing it as a pick 'em. OSU isn't a great team but neither is Oregon.

Oregon's top scorer played with TaShawn Thomas at Houston: Joeseph Young. His father is Michael Young who was a member of the U of H Phi Slamma Jamma team. He was a NBA 1st round pick and eventually worked in the Houston athletic department, but got fired. That got Joeseph his release and he transferred to Oregon. He was the leading scorer at both Houston and Oregon.

Thomas considered transferring to Oregon this year in his top 3 before picking OU.

Interesting watching the Valpo game with Bryce Drew as the head coach. It's not that many years ago he hit a miracle shot to advance the Zags. He later was a 1st round draft pick by the Houston Rockets.
