I like that he's more of an in your face type of coach. Not that he will be that way under kruger, but might help bring a little edge to the staff/team. Some players respond really well to coaches that will get up in them a little bit. Love this hire.

I agree. I don't think Coach Kruger was looking to hire a clone of himself. I'm sure Coach Hartman will dial it back a little, but still be able to be the coach that fits his style.
