So many on here excited about OU basketball again! It's my favorite program at OU and I hope you guys will help get more folks to the games and interested in supporting the program.
Agreed. We were so split over the Capel firing. Now the definite majority is ecstatic over the future. It feels good again to be an OU fan, not that I ever stopped.
It's good to have the program on the right track again. I'm confident that both student attendance and overall attendance will noticeably increase next season.

I agree. I too prefer basketball to football but we are a rare breed at OU. Don't take this wrong I love football too but nothing beats a great college basketball game.

Bottom line for me is that my enjoyment of college football is seriously limited by the ****ing joke that is the BCS. If we ever get a playoff I'll probably become a bigger college football fan, though I'll always love college basketball.

I say this somewhat tongue in cheek, but, I'm not sure a playoff is the best determination on who the best team in a sport is. At least the BCS gives the teams 4 months to play, and always comes closest, in the end, to pinpointing the two best teams to play each other for the title. Basketball gets the two teams who have played the best in the last 2-3 weeks, not the season's best teams.
The BCS is not a flawless system any more than March Madness is a perfect one.
im one of those that would watch every game that was on up here. win or lose i enjoy watching our guys play. i liked the effort and growth some had this year and am excited to see what can be done with what we have along with what will come. i went to many unlv games when i lived in vegas and it was because of kruger(most definately not for unlv. you should see the looks i got wearing sooner gear on red day games. they still remember the "was it or wasnt it a three" game). im hoping for good things in the future.
