Nino Jackson is no longer considering Oklahoma

We all know where he is going. I'm actually glad that he cut ties w/ us. I'm glad that he rather string Baylor along than us.

I haven't seen Richardson, but I have seen Rainey play and I think it is a mistake not to offer him if the scholarship is there. He isn't a point, but I think he will be a very good D-1 wing (2/3).

But if scholarships are limited, we desperately need a point in my opinion and we desperately need some size. So, although I would love to get Rainey, we probably have greater needs.

Not surprised, why would a top recruit want to play for Capel? OU basketball is irrelevant on the national stage.

Sounds like Drew might slip in there and outbid Self for this one...

Once again, what I saw of Nino was another Austin Johnson clone, but with very little drive or desire. I try not to make too much of tatoos, but when you seem to be trying to cover your entire body in them (a la TMG) I think it really sends a message as to what your personality is. Other than that, I don't know the kid personally and haven't heard that he has been linked to any meth labs or serial murders.

Unless AJ was a great athlete before all his injuries then Nino is a way better athlete than AJ ever was. Nino is very explosive and quick, probably one of the top athletes in the nation for the 2012 class.

I think he is an explosive player, but i dont think he is going to fit in with what transpired last year...

He is ineligible for the Area game this week against McGuiness...

Pretty much the most important time of the year for a basketball player in high school and he cant suit up...and this is high school where you HAVE to be at school...gonna be interesting once he steps onto a campus where he has some freedom and has to motivate himself...

Retraction...I just heard from another source that it isnt grades and being ineligible isnt definite yet...i appolagize for jumping the gun on that...

They're just young and minus Tre Payne. I aint gonna lie, he is a ballhog. But I bet they make it to state.

youth hasn't stopped them before...not to mention, their conference isn't nothing to brag about. It was nice to see them beat Mustang...but that Mustang team has overachieved this year. I watched them play Westmoore and I was not impressed.
