Signing period runs 11/14 to 11/21. I note that OU hasn’t put out a signing day release for WBB so that would seem to indicate that we still expect her. But it is surprising that she hasn’t signed yet.

I see that Haley Jones and Boston, both of whom list Notre Dame among their finalists appear to have played their cards in a manner that didn't please Muffit. ND says they are unaware of any interest of Jones or Boston,, and not likely to sign either.
According to Coale she has signed. Has a video up on soonersports. Bloom graduates in November and will join the team in December. Although not eligible until fall 2019.
