Could Chavez be the next Caitlin Clark of women's basketball?

I definitely think the potential and the confidence is there. I do think Conference play will be much more tougher for Aaliyah to do in the SEC than it would be in the BigTen.

The Sooners play pretty good defense too. Probably not quite as well as texas, but they're no slouch in that department.

Looking much better this year for sure. Especially the perimeter defense against OSU.

I am excited with the improvement by Vann, Williams and and Caya Smith. Still have to build depth and fortunately we don't play to top SEC teams early on. A key to our success is also getting Zaya and Chavez to play off each other better. If they can do that they could become as good or better than Miles and Hidalgo were at Notre Dame last year. Then watch out for our Sooners. Need more quality minutes from Lofton and continued improvement by Stewart. Fun to watch.

They had some nice defensive plays together against OSU that resulted in turnovers and scores.
