Former Texas Tech forward (from about 5 years ago) Dior Lowhorn just hit a 3-pointer to send the Gonzaga/SanFran game to overtime. Gonzaga escaped in the road a few nights ago and is looking to do it again and move into the top 5 in Monday's Top 25 rankings.

UTEP beat UAB at their place to move into a first place tie in Conference USA. UAB was 6-0 and 18-3 overall going into tonight. This is just a week after the Miners went and beat Memphis at their place.

VCU won tonight as well. Other than that, most of the teams from our non-conference schedule got beat today.

Arizona, who has won 3 straight takes on California tomorrow for their chance to move into a first place tie in the Pac-10.

Too bad I jinxed Gonzaga by posting it.

The crazy thing is that if Arizona were to win today, they would have a pretty decent shot at making the NCAA tourney, despite their .500 record because they might be able to win that pitiful conference.

That Arizona game is at 2:30 today in case anybody else is interested.
